From My Cold Dead Hands Skeleton Horse and Rider T-Shirt
This T-Shirt was inspired by the quote “From My Cold, Dead Hands” from a speech delivered by Charlton Heston at the National Rifle Association’s (NRA)‘s annual convention in 2000. In the speech, Heston, a long-time advocate for gun rights, dramatically held up a rifle and declared he would not surrender it, saying, “from my cold, dead hands!” We added our custom Skeleton Horse and Rider graphic for a unique T-Shirt design.
The speech was a response to calls for stricter gun control following a series of high-profile shootings. Heston’s passionate defense of gun rights resonated with many NRA members and gun owners, making the phrase a popular slogan and symbol of the gun rights movement.
