WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will accept your return of new: unworn, unwashed, garments with hang tags still attached for full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping costs) if you return the item within 30 days of purchase. Likewise, we will also accept return of non clothing items if they are returned in new, unused condition (excluding shipping cost), also if you
return it within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee. Before returning any garment, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to put on the outside of your package.
Any item that arrives damaged, misprinted or otherwise defective will be replaced upon return to us. If the item is a garment, the hangtags need to be attached. Please return within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of USPS return shipping, and ship the new item back to you at no cost to you. We have great quality control so this rarely happens. Before returning any garment, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to put on the outside of your package.
WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
We will accept your return for exchange of unworn, unwashed, garments with hang tags still attached for exchange to different size,you pay return shipping, we pay for shipping back, if you return the item within 30 days of purchase. Please check sizing charts, and if you follow the dimensions, you should get a perfect fit every time! Feel free to call
with any size concerns for advice before ordering. Before returning any garment, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to put on the outside of your package.
Please make sure you send all items back with tracking, because we can’t be responsible for items lost in the mail.
